Check-in is from 1:00 pm. Check-out is from 10:00 am. Need more time? Just ask — if we can arrange it, we definitely will.

House rules
Nothing fussy — just a few things that keep the studio lovely for you and the next guests.
Guests
Maximum 2 guests. Thinking of bringing a third? Let us know and we'll do our best to work something out.
Pets welcome
Pets are allowed. The property is fully fenced and Farrer Ridge is great for walks. Please keep them off the bed and linen, and never leave them alone in the studio.
Parties & gatherings
No parties — unless we're invited (joking!). Please keep outdoor noise down after 10:00 pm. The studio itself is soundproofed, so feel free to close the door and be as loud as you like inside.
Pool safety
The pool is shared with the main house and available 7am – 7pm. The lock code is POOL. Please keep the gate closed and children supervised at all times. Towels are provided in the studio.
Bathroom
Shower and pool towels are in a basket next to your bed. The shower screen won't stop all the water, so please take care when stepping out. Non-slip mats are provided. Please turn on the exhaust fan when showering.
Kitchen & appliances
The studio has a microwave, stovetop, Nespresso pod machine, toaster and kettle. The iron, ironing board, toaster and cooking utensils are in the first drawers either side under the bed. Cleaning products are in the cupboard under the sink.
TV & entertainment
Connect to the Wi-Fi on your phone and you should be able to cast easily. You're also welcome to sign in to your own streaming accounts. The remote is on the table next to the TV.
Rubbish
Just leave rubbish in the bin — we'll take care of it after you leave.
Before you leave
Leave the towels in the bathroom, turn off the a/c, and put the key back in the magnetic key box. Don't worry about the rubbish — we'll sort it out.
